Packing Instructions

  • Clearly label each of the items
  • Secure the coins so they do not move around. Place them in appropriate tubes or bags
  • Double box your package and put your phone number or a return address on the box in case your package gets damaged
  • Abbreviate our name as I.C.E. for the recipient’s address
  • Please note: You are responsible for your package until it arrives at our facility. Each package that is sent to our office is opened and counted under surveillance for your safety as well as ours

Shipping Instructions

  • We accept all deliveries: UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • When asked about the contents of your package at a drop-off center, always describe the products as numismatic collectible items
  • You can physically drop off your coin(s) at our office in Tampa by appointment only. Please call 813-963-2542 or email info@imperialcoinexchange.com to schedule a time.

Payment Types

  • Business Check (via First Class USPS Mail)
  • ACH / Direct Deposit (up to $50,000.00 USD, could take up to 1-2 business days)
  • Bank Wire ($35 fee paid by the seller if the total items are valued under $10,000.000 USD)
