Every single coin that we purchase and sell is reviewed by a numismatist with over 30 years of experience. Each coin is guaranteed to be genuine and of the stated quality. TPGC will never knowingly buy or sell a fake coin and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
The certified coins that we buy and sell are graded by PCGS, NGC, or ICG.
We encourage our customers to email us or call us with any request for coins that we may not have listed. We cannot guarantee that we can fulfill the need for that coin or item, but we will always try our best to accommodate you.
TPGC does purchase coins. If you have coins that you would like to sell, please contact customer service to do so.
In the situation where the customer is unhappy with their purchase, we ask that the customer calls customer service where we will either give you an authorization for a full refund, or swap the coins for an alternative product. It is important that you call before simply returning an item.
All orders are typically shipped 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment has cleared. Some products may require longer processing time. All customers will be notified of the estimated processing time at the time of purchase.
All orders paid with a check are shipped on the business day that the check clears our bank account; typically 2-5 business days.
We have our own private insurance policy that covers the total value for all products that we ship. We chose to use a private insurance provider so that the contents and the values of the products are not disclosed with the delivery service being used.
Once a shipping label has been generated, you will be emailed a PDF copy of your invoice with the tracking information.
All of our shipping labels and tracking numbers are generated in house and will not be activated until it has been picked up and scanned by the carrier. Please wait until the end of the day or the following morning to begin tracking your package. If the package still does not track, please give us a call and we will assess the situation.
If you have not received the email in the estimated time frame, please check your spam folder to make sure that it was not miscategorized by your email provider. If it is not there, please call or email us and we will resend the information.
If I chose to pay with a check, should I use a personal check or purchase a cashier’s check or money order?
We only accept personal checks. We do not accept payment via counter check, money order, cashier’s check etc.
TPGC now has the option to accept secure credit card payments.
