1911 Quarter Eagle NGC MS61 $2.50 Indian Head

This 1911 Quarter Eagle is a Philadelphia minted Indian Head that has been graded MS61 by NGC .  The 1911 is usually quite different in appearance from the previous issues, more granular, less lustrous and a slightly different color, typically tending more to the greenish orange color of gold. (There are a few specimens, however, that are light to medium yellow gold.)  This example is one of the lighter yellowish gold coins.  Make this wonderful Quarter Eagle part of your series collection today.
