This 1908-D Saint Gaudens Double Eagle No Motto has been graded MS64 by NGC.  Prior to the discovery of a Central America hoard, choice  Mint State or better examples of this issue were almost impossible to find.  Even now, a true gem must be considered a major rarity, among the rarest in the entire series.  This NGC graded MS64 No Motto Saint is one of those beautiful rare  and collectible gems.  The color is orangish gold, with rose gold highlights.  She has a shimmering luster and gorgeous eye appeal.
