1906-S Double Eagle NGC MS63 $20 Liberty Head

This 1906-S Liberty Head Double Eagle has been graded MS63 by NGC.   The 1906-S is not especially hard to find in Unc-60 but it is moderately scarce in choice Unc.   This gorgeous Double Eagle was minted  the same year of the great San Francisco earthquake.  She was minted at the “Granite Lady”.   The building was one of the few that survived the great 1906 San Francisco earthquake and resulting fire.
